3 Reasons Why Online Training Saves You Money in a Recession
The more I talk to people across different sectors, the more I'm convinced online training will become an integral part of business in the weeks, months and years to come. Unfortunately, the economic recession is not going to right itself anytime soon, and companies must cut costs if they have any hope of surviving.
When companies cut the budget, 3 key things get the chop:
- Staff
- Training
- Travel
How do you continue to meet the same targets with less staff?
How can you deliver a similar level of service if those staff are not qualified to fill the gaps left by redundancies?
How can your staff become more skilled to cover the gaps if they can't travel to training seminars?
Two words answer all of those questions: Online Training.
An online training system is without a doubt an affordable, scalable and sustainable solution that once in place, combats these problems.
You can save your company money by implementing a online training platform to deliver induction and on-going training to staff, upskill employees to fill knowledge gaps and let them do it from any location. In fact, recent studies have shown it may even increase your bottom line!
What do you think - is employing an online training system the answer?

I agree! OSHA training is one of the types of e-learning that has really taken off. A person may receive their OSHA 10 or 30 hour training card by taking their online OSHA 10 hour training and 30 hour training courses at sites like www.osha10hourtraining.com or at www.osha30hourtraining.com . They receive quality training accepted by OSHA for online delivery, and receive the same exact OSHA wallet card as if they took the course live. This has really opened the door for many companies who could not justify an on site class due to cost or logistical challenges, and has really helped out individuals who wanted the OSHA training just for themselves. Very economical when compared to on site OSHA training, too.
