Here's a useful hint for those of you who have upgraded to the new Firefox browser (Firefox 3.5.3 and Firefox 3.0.14) but are having trouble viewing video files and PowerPoint Presentations that are in an online format, or having general issues with crashes and other weird things..Once you have upgraded Firefox, make sure to update your Adobe Flash Player as this is sure to be causing problems.
